Cadence Whittle
Topo Swope Talent | Seattle Actor

Cadence Whittle is one of the most dedicated actors I had the pleasure of working with twice now. When you meet her she has this inviting aura about her, she welcomes you on such a personal and friendly level. She is approachable and extremely intelligent. She is sharp, sharp as a nail. When it comes to acting that's where she shines the most. Her eyes say so much about her character, where her character is at, what she's thinking. She does her homework, she listens intently and develops from directions I'd give her or we would discuss where the story would go if a character made a this or that decision. She is extraordinary. If you ever get the amazing opportunity to work with this exceptionally talented young actress, you should. She has so much potential and every time I get to play with her on the film acting field as a director, I discover something new about her and get to see her grow. I highly recommend Cadence to any and all filmmakers and actors.

BIOGRAPHY.
Cadence Ellen Whittle was born on December 5th, 1995, in the town of Edmonds, Washington. She lived on the outskirts of Seattle, Washington, with her mom, dad, and brother, who were all English citizens and came to America because of her father's job in the aerospace industry. Cadence always has had a dual U.S./U.K. citizenship and visits her family often, who are all located in Hull, England.
Cadence began her acting career at the age of 12, starring in theatre productions at her middle and high school in Mukilteo, Washington, playing "Wendy" in Peter Pan, "Hero" in Much Ado About Nothing, and "Lucinde" in A Doctor in Spite of Himself. Cadence then received a lead role with director Justin Robert Vinall in the Dark Drama feature film "Falling Slowly," playing Emily Swan, the revenge-driven drug dealer. The film's screening was held at Shoreline Community College on May 31st, 2014.
During high school, Cadence attended the Washington State Thespians Festival. In 2013, she performed before judges and placed in the Top 10% Best Monologues, and progressed to showcase them at State with a full ride. 2014 came around and she placed Top 10% Best Monologues and Top 10% Best Group Scene, showcasing them at State.
Justin Robert Vinall asked her to come back to star in the Western Dramady "Buried State," playing Moira Beckett. She happily accepted! The expected release for this film will be mid-2015.
After taking two years of Performance at Kamiak High School, taught by local Seattle casting director Laurie Levine, Cadence decided to pursue her hobby-turned-passion, and attended Shoreline Community College. There she studied under the guidance of Tony Doupe, Debra Pralle, Estelle Bryar Golden, and Chris Fischer. Without an agent, she managed to find work through casting callboards and websites, making beautiful friendships along the way.
In January 2015, Cadence completed her work as a principle character in the movie "Lemonheads," directed by Dawson Doupe and Todd Tapper, which is in post-production and scheduled to be released in late-2015.
When February 2015 rolled around, she began studying with John Jacobsen and Robin Smith at Freehold Theatre in the Directing Workshop for Directors and Actors. Here, Cadence studied Ibsen's "Hedda Gabbler," along with scenes written by the directors themselves. This course ends in April of 2015, and she feels so honored to have been a part of a wonderful training program such as this!
At the end of April, Cadence Whittle joined Topo Swope Talent. She is very excited to begin her journey with such a wonderful and renowned talent agency.
Cadence is continuing her study of cinema-acting at Shoreline Community College.
